“The KutiKuti Guide to Finland” è il
progetto realizzato dallo studio Kutikuti,
collettivo di fumettisti e illustratori di
Helsinki. Si tratta di una pubblicazione di
follia, humor e molto altro, il cui obiettivo
è quello di guidare il visitatore attraverso
la più surreale nazione del mondo.
Saranno esposte quindi le tavole originali
di 12 artisti del calibro di Tommi Musturi
e Amanda Vähämäki. Il progetto è
realizzato in collaborazione con The
TheMilan Review e Volta Footwear.

KutiKuti is a comic art studio & association
located in Kallio, Helsinki, Finland. They
are twelve people who collectively make,
publish and teach comics. Besides from
solo releases, their main publications
include the free quarterly comic tabloid
KUTI and the annual international
anthology Glomp. Their aim is simple: to
do it all on their own, to dig it hand-made.
Freedom is worth reaching, after all.
Theirs is pretty much a war against all
the plain dead stupidity that surrounds
them. Dig what they do or not, most likely
they’ll keep doing this stuff until the end.
The KutiKuti Guide to Finland is a one-off
publication of 48 color pages of madness
and humor and crazy Finns and salty
liquorice that aims to guide us through
the most surreal country on Earth. It was
created specially by KutiKuti and published
by The Milan Review in collaboration with
Volta Footwear. It also represents the
tenth outing of Volta’s X-Travelling Series
(dedicated, obviously, to Finland).
